Label Policy

All products are supplied with standard size and wash-care labels for clarity and compliance.

Standard Labels Included

Important: Orders without the Custom Label Service will include only size and wash-care labels by default — no brand labels will be attached unless the Custom Label Service is selected.

  • Styles that do not show the “Custom Label Service” option on the product page will be shipped without any brand labels.
  • To include your own brand labels, please select the Custom Label Service while choosing the product.
  • The Custom Label Service adds an additional 7–10 working days to processing.
  • If your brand labels are already in our stock from a previous order, dispatch time is typically 4–7 working days.

Need brand labels on your order?

1) Open the product page you wish to order.
2) Select Custom Label Service (if available).
3) Add to cart and proceed to checkout.

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to finalise the label design details.
